Abstract:
PURPOSE:To secure a product having a constant quality, and its measuring accuracy irrespective of a degree of skill, by giving a series of work instructions for assembly, adjusting and inspecting work, etc. by the processing of a computer. CONSTITUTION:A work instructing device is constituted by providing an input means 9 for inputting a data of an object to be inspected 10, an input device 8 to which a worker inputs a necessary matter, a memory for storing a series of work programs and data provided from both the input means 9 and the input device 8, and a central processor 1 which operates and analyzes a data provided from the input means 9 and outputs an optimum work instruction as a result of analysis through an output device 5 in accordance with the program. According to this constitution, the worker is able to attend to, for instance, only the assembly work, and also the work is performed in accordance with the central processor 1 which has analyzed a data of the inputted object to be inspected 10.
