Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a worker with proper work instruction attributing to a smooth production line without preparing an instruction document different from a design instruction list. SOLUTION: In a production line to perform assembly of parts shown in a design instruction list Lf, a list conversion table Tc having part specifying data discriminating each part at least through visual observation in correspondence to each part is prepared. The design instruction list Lf is converted to work instruction Wc, easily understood by a worker, by using the list conversion table Tc, and the work instruction Wc is outputted to perform work instruction.
