Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a drive part including a loop scavenging type two-cycle internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A bush cutter 100 has a single cylinder two-cycle internal combustion engine 20 mounted in an upright position. In the engine 20, an intake port 26 is opened forward and an exhaust port 30 is opened rearward. The intake port 26 and the exhaust port 30 are opened and closed by a piston 42. A centrifugal clutch 50 is arranged at the front end of a crankshaft 46. A carburetor 28 is arranged in front of the engine 20. An air cleaner case 60 is arranged above the carburetor 28. A cooling fan 58 is arranged at the rear end of the crankshaft 46. A recoil starter 66 is arranged behind the cooling fan 58.
