To easily warm up oil passages by a braking operation valve and a shifting operation valve.SOLUTION: A hydraulic system of a work machine includes: a hydraulic pump P1; a brake mechanism 30 performing braking of a traveling device 36 and releasing of the braking on the basis of a pressure of a hydraulic fluid; a transmission mechanism for changing a speed of the traveling device on the basis of the pressure of the hydraulic fluid; a braking operation valve 80a controlling the hydraulic oil supplied to the brake mechanism; a shifting operation valve 81a controlling the hydraulic oil supplied to the transmission mechanism; a first oil passage 61 connecting the brake mechanism and the braking operation valve; a second oil passage 62 connecting the transmission mechanism and the shifting operation valve; a third oil passage 63 connecting the first oil passage and the second oil passage; a first discharge oil passage 66 communicated with the brake operation valve to discharge the hydraulic fluid passed through the braking operation valve; and a second discharge oil passage 67 communicated with the shifting operation valve to discharge the hydraulic fluid passed through the shifting operation valve. A shifting set pressure of the hydraulic fluid set in the shifting operation valve is higher than a braking set pressure of the hydraulic fluid set in the braking operation valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
