PURPOSE: To improve a work efficiency, by controlling the relative position between a tool and work with its movement in the Y axial direction crossed orthogonally to the Z axial direction, also controlling a Z axial coordinate value with the relative position being synchronized with a Y axis and the coordinate value of the work rotating shaft, and making a tool rotating shaft orthogonal to the Y axis.
CONSTITUTION: A work 1 is fitted via a holder 10 to the work rotating shaft 6 provided on a Y table 2 and Z table 3, and rotated continuously in a θ coordinate axial direction with a Z axis as the center by a driving means 7. The Y, Z tables 2, 3 are moved in the Y, Z axial direction by driving means 8, 9 respectively. A tool 4 is rotated by a driving means 5, the rotation center axis 11 is arranged in parallel to an X axis or with an optional angle, and orthogonal with Y axis. An NC control becomes possible by this structure, the work origin setting in X axial direction can also be done easily, and the work efficiency can be improved.
