PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work machine which does not give steering load to an operator.SOLUTION: An arm rest 14 and a steering operation tool 4 are supported to a body of a work machine by a linkage mechanism 15 so as to be changeable for posture between first posture suitable for steering on a steering seat and second posture suitable for steering on a steering step, in a state that relative positional relationship between the arm rest 14 and the steering operation tool 4 are kept.
