Abstract:
To provide a work machine capable of suppressing energy from being consumed while securing pilot pressure high enough to drive a control valve without using a pilot pump in a standby period for work.SOLUTION: A work machine comprises: a main circuit 30 which includes a hydraulic pilot type control valve 33 controlling a flow of pressure oil supplied from a hydraulic pump 31 to a hydraulic actuator 32; and a pilot circuit 40 which generates pilot pressure for driving the control valve 33 from the pressure oil supplied from the hydraulic pump 31. The pilot circuit 40 comprises: pressure reduction valves 41, 42 which reduce the pressure of the pressure oil supplied from the hydraulic pump 31, and then output it; a pressure booster 45 which boosts the pressure of the pressure oil supplied from the hydraulic pump 31 and then outputs it to the pressure reduction valves 41, 42; and a selector valve 46 which can be switched between a first state in which the pressure oil from the hydraulic pump 31 is output to the pressure booster 45 and a second state in which the pressure oil from the hydraulic pump 31 is output to the pressure reduction valves 41, 42 not through the pressure booster 45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
