To enable an engine switch and an accelerator knob to be operated even in a state wherein a cabin is removed.
An control board mounting part 18 is provided on the upside of a front part of an inner cover 17 of the cabin 7. A control board 16 is constituted by building the engine switch 13 for the start/stop of an engine and the accelerator knob 14 for the regulation of the number of the revolutions of the engine in a frame body 19. The control board 16 is detachably attached to the control board mounting part 18, so that the engine switch 13 and the accelerator knob 14 can be operated even in the state wherein the cabin 7 is removed during a test at the stage of manufacture or during maintenance at the stage of use.
