A rice transplanter 1 includes an engine 2, a clutch output shaft 36, an engine clutch 35, an electric motor 22, a rear wheel 21, a differential device 23, and a control part. The clutch output shaft 36 transmits the driving force of the engine 2. The engine clutch 35 is arranged between the engine 2 and the clutch output shaft 36. The differential device 23 outputs differential power between the output of the clutch output shaft 36 and the output of the electric motor 22 to the rear wheel 21. The control part controls the rotating speed of the electric motor 22 and the operation of the engine clutch 35. During the forward travel of the body, the control part gives rotating drive to the electric motor 22 only in the direction of canceling the output of the clutch output shaft 36 to transmit the output to the rear wheel 21.
