This is an attendance record management system for obtaining and managing the attendance record of workers. In addition, the system is constituted of an attendance record input/output device 4, which inputs and outputs attendance records of workers; a work hour-input device 3 which inputs the work hours of workers; and an attendance record management device 2 which obtains and manages attendance record of the workers. The work condition management device 2 manages the overtime work hours and paid vacations of the workers, based on the information on work applications of workers which is inputted by the attendance record input/output device 4, and work-hour information from the work hour-input device 3.
