PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an environment in which workers work to maintain or improve their health.SOLUTION: A work management device 1 includes a controller 10 and manages multiple workers. The work management device 1 includes a work data acquisition part 11 and a workload compilation part 12. The work data acquisition part 11 acquires at least one work data of a moving distance, a position, a speed, time, and a work completion signal of each worker conducting work in a warehouse.
