CONSTITUTION: A balancer 60 is placed in a position symmetrical with a head 12 with a revolutionary axis at the center. It revolves in the same direction as the revolution of the head in synchronization with the head. The balancer 60 is provided with a casing 61, 62 filled with liquid 67; a weight 63 that is placed in the casing 66 and Is capable of freely moving on the plane of the head's revolution; and spring means 64, 65 that are placed between the Inside wall of the casing and the weight, and that elastically energizes the weight toward the center position on the center line X.
