Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce changes in worker or robots to which tasks are assigned, when reassigning tasks to the workers or robots.SOLUTION: An input receiving unit 11 receives the change contents of workers in charge (worker or robot) arranged in each process on an assembly line, information on tasks to be assigned to each process, and input of information of tasks which have been assigned to the worker in charge before reorganization. When tasks are assigned to the workers in charge based on the information accepted by the input receiving unit 11, a search index setting unit 12 calculates the penalty value from the number of tasks assigned to the workers in charge different from the workers in charge assigned before the reorganization. Further, a searching unit 13 solves the optimization problem of a condition that minimizes the value (for example, the sum of plural types of penalty values) calculated based on the calculated penalty value, and searches for a combination of task organizations to be assigned to the workers in charge.
