Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work-piece processing method eliminating or reducing a quadrant projection and being capable of performing highly accurate processing while being capable of efficiently processing a non-rotor shaped portion of a work-piece in accordance with turning processing.SOLUTION: In a work-piece processing method for rotating a work-piece 15 with a first axis as a center, moving a working tool 19 processing the work-piece 15 or the work-piece 15 in an axial direction of a second axis, and processing the work-piece 15 while moving the work-piece 15 or the working tool 19 in an axial direction of a third axis, when processing is performed, the working tool 19 or the work-piece 15 is moved in one direction of the axial direction of the second axis while rotation of the work-piece about the first axis, movement of the working tool 19 or the work-piece 15 in the axial direction of the second axis and movement of the work-piece 15 or the working tool 19 in the axial direction of the third axis are being synchronized with one another.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
