A hook member 31 is installed at the tip of the movable yoke 15, and a work is placed on the tip of the movable yoke 15 via the hook member 31 so that the movable yoke 15 moves downward along the shape of a work under surface. The downward moved movable yoke 15 is formed with magnetic circuits at the main pole 12, the movable yoke 15 and the auxiliary pole 14 by the current- carrying of the coil 13, and adsorbed at positions thereof.
