Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a backlog and a line stop in a multikind mixed production line in a short time, by providing a work assisting/assisted assisting part of assigning assisting/assisted objective work based on a result obtained in a work load comparing part.
CONSTITUTION: In a station number of persons setting part 31, a daily necessary time is calculated to set a minumum station number of persons based on a production plan. In a building unit classified necessary time calculating part 32, an individual necessary time required for each building unit flowing in a multikind mixed production line is calculated. In a work load comparing part 33, an individual necessary time required for each building unit is calculated in each continued four processes, to compare a level of a work load in each building unit. In a work assisting/assisted assigning part 34, based on a result obtained in the work load comparing part 33, a work assisting/assisted objective building unit is assigned.
