PURPOSE: To position and hold the first and the second works with different heights in the lateral direction by reversing up and down.

CONSTITUTION: A pair of the front side and the rear side holding lateral members 14 and 14 are arranged on a substrate 13 by facing to the right side and the left side, cradles 22 are installed to the holding lateral members 14 in the longitudinal direction placing intervals, and rods 26 having plural work holding polyhedrons 27 loaded on the cradles 22 respectively are provided to the holding lateral members 14 and 14. Rod elevating mechanisms 30 to move the rods 26 vertically, and rod rotating mechanisms 40 to rotate the rods 26 are installed to the holding lateral members 14 respectively, and a pair of the front side and the rear side fixing jigs, and a pair of fixing cylinders 21 and 21 to move the fixing jigs in the longitudinal direction are provided to the substrate 13 so as to abut and hold the first and the second works loaded on the pair of the work holding polyhedrons 27.
