Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layout simulation method for a working robot, capable of deciding the layouts of a working robot and a working tool while distributing a series of woks necessary to a work. SOLUTION: A production line 10 to manufacture a car body frame 11 for an automobile is provided with a plurality of work stations 13a-13i. At the work stations 13a-13i, a plurality of welding robots 14 are arranged. Arrangement of the weld robot 14 is decided by the layout simulation method for a working robot. The number of work stations per production line is decided according to arrangement of the decided arrangement of the welding robot 14.
