In a work scaffolding base provided with a ladder 4 comprised of a working table 1, a pair of legs 2 arranged at both ends of the working table 1 so as to widen toward both ends, and a plurality of tread sashes 3 hung between the legs 2, an auxiliary bar 5 attached to the front and the rear end of the working table 1 or at the ladder 4 and handrail bars 6 for rising and falling motion, fixed at the middle point between piers of the auxiliary bar 5 projecting upward from the upper end of the scaffolding table 1 and the ladder 4, are provided. In this way, operators can easily and safely rise up and fall down while gripping the handrail bars 6.
