Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a work sensor for generating no permanent strain even if abnormal load is applied to the work sensor, by providing the work sensor for judging abnormalities when a work such as a sheet material is fed to a processing machine such as a presser.
CONSTITUTION: In a work sensor, both fixed burrs are constituted of a lower frame 5 of a frame 2 formed into a square shape and column frames 3, 3 fixed on both end surfaces of the lower frame 5, a connecting part 6 to be connected to a connecting bar 9 of an electromagnet body 8 is provided on the center lower part of the lower frame 5, and strain gauges 14 are arranged on the upper and lower surfaces on both right and left sides of the connecting part 6. In this work sensor 1, a clearance H is formed between the column frames 3, 3 and the connecting bar 9. Moreover, the work sensor 1 is so constituted as to be arranged between a robot arm 13 of a conveying device and the electromagnet body 8.
