Abstract:
To provide a workpiece stocker with high versatility which can hold a workpiece having an arbitrary diameter with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A workpiece stocker includes: a first plate which has at least one first opening; and a second plate which has at least one second opening and is displaceable with respect to the first plate. The first and second plates are configured to hold a workpiece by the first and second openings. The workpiece stocker further includes a tray which slidably supports the first and second plates. The first and second plates may hold the workpiece which is mounted on the tray, penetrates the first and second openings and is extended.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
