This work supply device includes: a work containing section (110) which contains a plurality of works, aligning them; a pressing member (130) which moves to press a work (W) contained in the work containing section and presses out a preset number of work (W) from the work containing section (110); and a work replenishing section (122) which replenishes the work containing section with the work. The work supply device replenishes the work containing section with the work to be led into the work replenishing section, and supplies the works inside the work containing section to a predetermined operating position by means of the pressing member (130). The work replenishing section is separately provided from the work containing section with an interval.
