This work supply device has: a work containing section (110) which contains works; a pressing member (130) which presses a work (W) contained in the work containing section to press out the work from the work containing section (110); and a work replenishing section (122) which replenishes the work containing section with the work. The work supply device replenishes the work containing section with the work, and supplies the work inside the work containing section to an operating position by means of the pressing member (130). The work replenishing section has a work positioning member (125) which positions the work at a position, from which the work can be replenished to the work containing section. The work positioning member (125) is disposed so that the position thereof can be adjusted corresponding to the work, and the shift quantity of the pressing member (130) is adjusted based on the distance between the reference position (122a) and the work positioning member (125).
