This work supply device 10 successively supplies a plurality of stacked works W to a carrying part; and has a holding part 12 for obliquely stacking and holding the plurality of works W, and a supply part 13 for supplying the work W of the lowest position to the carrying part among the plurality of works W held by the holding part 12. The holding part 12 is provided with a position regulating part 16b for regulating a position of the plurality of works W so as to form clearance between the projection part 28 and the work W stacked just above the works W provided with the projection part 28, by displacing the position of the mutual superposed works constant, by allowing a part of the plurality of works W to abut by dead weight of the works.
