Abstract:
To easily manage a type and an amount of chemical agents mixed with raw material rubber.SOLUTION: A work support device receives input of an introduction order of chemical agents for one mixing that are mixed with raw material rubber and the weights of individual chemical agents, and registers the input introduction order and the weights of the chemical agents in a storage unit to create a blending menu. In blending work of blending necessary chemical agents with the raw material rubber, according to the introduction order registered in the blending menu, an information terminal 101 functioning as the work support device collates measured weights of the chemical agents measured by balance devices (embedded balance device 201, conveyor scale 301) with registered weights registered in the blending menu and determines whether they match each other or not. When the measured weights and the registered weights match each other, it is assumed that the chemical agents as registered in the blending menu are taken out in the amounts as registered in the blending menu. When they do not match, it is assumed that some kind of error occurs, and the work support device notifies a user of a warning.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
