Abstract:
To provide an operation support method for flat sheet press work, an operation support program for flat sheet press work, and an operation support system for flat sheet press work that can perform additional press work to improve precision of flat sheet press work.SOLUTION: An operation support method for flat sheet press work comprises: a primary work step S1 which uses a press line imparted to a flat sheet to perform press work; a shape measurement step S2 which measures a shape of the primary work bent sheet obtained at least in the primary work step S1; a determination step S3 which compares at least the shape of the primary work bent sheet with a target shape to determine a degree of matching; a procedure derivation step S4 which derives an additional work procedure using an additional work press line imparted to the primary work bent sheet when the degree of matching does not reach a predetermined value; an additional work step S5 which reflects the additional work procedure on the primary work bent sheet to perform additional press work; and an additional work confirmation step S6 which repeats the shape measurement step S2 and determination step S3 with respect to the shape of the additional work bent sheet after the additional press work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
