To enable a worker such as a nursing care worker and a medical worker to efficiently perform a work.SOLUTION: A work support system includes a terminal device 3 and a main body device 2. The terminal device 3 is arranged on a bedside, and includes: a terminal device side data communication section 7 for data-communicating with the main body device 2; an image display section 4 for displaying image information; a notification section 6 for giving a predetermined notification to a worker by lighting; and a control section 8. The control section 8 acquires schedule information of a bed user from the main body device 2, allows the image display section 4 to display a schedule of the bed user, and allows the notification section 6 to notify a worker of an arrival of a start time by lighting when a time to start a work with respect to the bed user comes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
