The work table body 11 includes a plurality of key grooves 12b extending in an axial direction of a circular hole 12 on a circumferential surface 12a of the circular hole 12 at prescribed intervals. The handle 21 has a single key 22a along the axial direction of an extending shaft 22 on the surface of the extending shaft 22. The angle at which the handle 21 is attached to the work table body 11 is adjusted at a desired angle by making the key 22a engage an arbitrary key groove 12b or disengage from the key groove 12b by an operator moving the extending shaft 22 back and forth with the extending shaft 22 of the handle 21 inserted into the circular hole 12 of the work table body 11.
