To provide a work starting/ending time management system capable of easily and collectively managing work starting/ending time of an employee at the headquarter, without installing time recorders at respective operation branches, in an organization for a company, and the like, having the plurality of operation branches.
The work starting/ending time management system is equipped with a plurality of telephones installed at a plurality of the operation branches; a work starting/ending time management server 21 connected with the telephones via a communication network; a means to transmit, when an incoming telephone call from one of the telephones is received, information for an input for making the work starting/ending information be input via the telephone by which this incoming telephone call is placed; a means to input the work starting/ending information of the employee, using the information for the input in the telephone by which the incoming telephone call is placed, and transmit it to the work starting/ending time management server 21; a means to receive, record and tally the work starting/ending information transmitted by all the employees at all the operation branches in the work starting/ending time management server, and generate a work starting/ending time list in which the work starting/ending information regarding all the employees at all the operation branches from this recording and the tallying result is listed.
