Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily increase/decrease the number of the workstations by using a small-sized servo motor.
SOLUTION: A guide beam 20, which is detachably connected to a guide beam member modularized per work feeding pitch unit in the longitudinal direction, is parallely fixed at the opposed positions of both right and left sides for sandwiching a press line L in a press housing 4. A guide rail 21 is installed along the longitudinal direction on one face of each guide beam member 19 of the guide beam 20. A cross bar carrier 22 is movably engaged in and supported by the guide rail 21. The servo motor 24 for lifting, which provides the cross bar with the up/down movement, is built in the cross bar carrier 22. The servo motor 27 for feeding, which provides the cross bar 13 with the feeding movement via the cross bar carrier 22, is installed.
