Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reverse and transfer a work in a next process side at high speed by transferring a clamp part and a work reversing pusher and providing a transfer control part releasing the work holding of a clamp part in an appropriate position.
SOLUTION: A transfer control part 5 actuates an actuator 15 of a clamp part 2 to open an arm 9 in the holding releasing direction via a rotation mechanism 11. The tip of a finger part 16 of a pusher 3 is applied on the side of a work 6. In this state, the pressing force is acted on the pusher part 3 to pressurize the work 6, push the work 6 sideways, and stably hold it on a V- groove 21 in a V-rail 4. The pusher 3 is advanced further to apply the pressing face 17 of the pusher 3 to the end face of the work 6. Sequentially, the pusher part 3 is advanced to push the work 6 from the back by the pressing face 17 and move the V-rail 4 toward the next process side. The work 6 can thus be fed to the next process side at extremely high speed so as to improve the working efficiency.
