In order to transport a work W along a transportation route face 5 of a transportation route, pedestal members 2 on each of which a plurality of portions of the work W are distributively installed are arranged at a connecting-part constituting body 4 at four points, air pallets 4 are arranged at these pedestal members 2, an installation member 33 is arranged at a ceiling plate 30 via a swirling device 31, a traveling unit 1 having traveling bogies 40 arranged at fore-and-aft two points is connected, a universal joint 45 and a push-moving operation member 46 are arranged at positions in fore-and-aft directions of the traveling bogies 40, and a ground-pressure adjusting air cylinder 47 is made to act on the push-moving operation member 46.
