Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly set a control gain of feedback control while avoiding the use of a large device.SOLUTION: A work transportation control system comprises one or more motion guide devices, a table on which a work is mounted, an actuator for imparting driving force to the table, a control unit for performing transportation control under feedback control, and a calculation unit for calculating a transportation load placed on respective moving members of the one or more motion guide devices from the work, and adjusts, based upon transportation loads on the one or more motion guide devices, a control gain associated with the feedback control of the transportation control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
