Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor for works alignment and a packing process by delivering the works to be aligned on a pallet from a work taking-out part, vacuum-attracting and rotating the delivered work, and aligning the works on the pallet in the front/ reverse reversing direction.
SOLUTION: A pallet 11 is positioned by a pallet positioning mechanism 28 and the second vacuum-attracting apparatus 13 is rotated by 180 degrees. The attracting surface 6a of a first vacuum-attracting apparatus 6 is moved down to the roughly top surface of the pallet 11 so as to attract a group of works in the pallet 11. The first vacuum-attracting apparatus 6 is moved up and a second vacuum-attracting apparatus 13 is rotated by 180 degrees. The attracting surface 6a of the first vacuum- attracting apparatus 6 is moved down to the attracting surface of the second vacuum- attracting apparatus 13 to release the attraction of the work, and the work is delivered to the delivering surface 13c of the second vacuum-attracting apparatus 13 to adsorb it on the attracting surface of the second vacuum-attracting apparatus 13. A work positioning part 4 is returned to a position as illustrated, the attracting surface of the work reversing part 3 is rotated by 180 degrees so as to face the side of the pallet 11, and the attraction of the second vacuum-attracting apparatus 13 is released to drop the work into the pallet 11.
