To improve the strength of an entire vehicle body frame with a simple structure by devising a mounting structure of a ROPS while arranging a separate seat from a front operation seat in the fore/aft direction on an operation section.
A work vehicle includes the operation section 5, where a front driver's seat 13 and a space S for arranging a rear seat are arranged together at the front and rear positions. A rear frame 2B, arranged in the rear side at a position higher than the floor face of the operation section 5, and a front frame 2A, arranged so as to support the floor face at the front side from the rear frame 2B, constitutes the vehicle body frame 2. Right and left front pillars 31 of the ROPS 30 covering the operation section 5 are fixed to the front frame 2A and right and left rear pillars 34 of the ROPS 30 are fixed to the rear frame 2B at the rear side from the space S for arranging the rear seat.
