PURPOSE: To enable a normal registering operation without being aware of locking opeation or the like by incorporating a resonance circuit with the natural frequency into article carried by each worker to be identified.
CONSTITUTION: A resonance circuit 1 with a different frequency is incorporated into article carried by each worker to identify the worker. On the other hand, an oscillation section 2 is provided to oscillate sequentially at various frequencies and a detector section 7 to detect the access of article carried with the circuit 1 incorporated from changes in the oscillation state of the oscillation section 2 which is caused as the circuit 1 approaches the oscillation section 2. Then, the worker carrying the article involved is identified from the oscillation frequency at the time of detection.
