To improve user convenience in workflow processing.
A workflow execution section 40 transmits and receives data between a customer terminal 200 via a user interface processing section 10, and successively executes a plurality of job processes according to a workflow retained in a data retention section 20. A workflow adjustment section 50 identifies an input process and a reference process of an input data in each job process, and decides whether the input process is to be modified for each input data, based on position relationship between the above input process and the reference process. In regard to the input data for which the input process is to be modified, the workflow adjustment section 50 modifies the setting of the job process in the vicinity of the reference process to be the input process.
