Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working bench capable of providing a lightweight bench frame using an aluminum pipe as a post and connecting an outrigger in a detachable manner.
SOLUTION: The working bench is constituted of a bench frame 1 having a plurality of posts 11 and installing a scaffolding unit on the upper ends of them and an outrigger 1 connected to the appropriate post 11 with a clamp device 21 in a detachable manner. In that case, the posts 11 are formed of an aluminum pipe, a short steel pipe 28 is placed to a grip section with the clamp device 21 of the posts 11, the short steel pipe 28 is fitted to the posts 11 from the outside of the bench frame to hold by up and down between a pair of up and down aluminum cylindrical bodies 29 and, at the same time, projections 30 and interlocking recesses 31 interlocked with the end edges of the short steel pipe 28 and the end edges of the aluminum cylindrical bodies 29 corresponding to them in the circumferential direction are formed to prevent the rotation of the short steel pipe 28 and are fixed. By the constitution, grip strength can be ensured with the short steel pipe 28.
