To provide a working boat hook device which has simple constitution, facilitates and ensures attaching/detaching of a wire rope to/from the working boat without adding bending to a fixing fitting of the wire rope even when obliquely pulling the wire rope.
The working boat hook device has a dome fixed to the working boat, the hook fixed to the wire rope and tiltably housed in the dome, and a tilting stopper which is provided in the dome, enables attaching/detaching of the hook, and prevents from improperly being slipped out. The hook is an approximate disc having an approximate spherical shape convex surface, and is equipped with the dome having approximate spherical shape concave surface, a hook locking window through which the hook can not pass and the wire rope enters forcibly, a hook passing window where the hook can pass, and a rope passing window where the wire rope cannot pass and connects the hook locking window and the hook passing window. When the tilting stopper uprises, the hook is equipped with a projection part abutting to the lower end of the hook passing window.
