To provide a working carriage for smoothly establishing the condition that it can be freely carried by hand while leaving a conveyor and the conveyor carried condition that it is carried with the conveyor.

The working carriage 1 on which works are placed for working comprises casters 6 for rolling on a floor surface F, and engaging members 20, 21 for being engaged with the carrying conveyor in a disengageable manner. The engaging members 20, 21 can be selected to be in the evacuated conditions that they are evacuated to positions over the lower ends of the casters 6 or in the advanced conditions that they are advanced lower than the lower ends of the casters 6.
