Abstract:
To apply work such as cutting work along the outer periphery of a pipe without requiring large motive power by a device having a simple constitution.
This working device has a guide ring 12 installed on the outer periphery of a working object pipe 1, and also has a hand held power tool 16 positioned in the pipe axis direction by being guided by the guide ring 12, wherein the work is applied to the outer periphery of the pipe 1 in a state of being movable in the pipe peripheral direction.
