Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start the letting-off of a packaging material quickly right after the completion of a perforation-applying work regarding a working device which performs a perforation on the long-sized packaging material such as a web.
SOLUTION: A parcel paper P passes through a perforating device 20 in the middle of a feeding line 6, and a perforated. The parcel paper P is let off while being guided by a pair of lower guides 28 and 30, and the lower guide 30 can move along the packaging line 6. The perforating device 20 is equipped with a perforation cutter 36 and a pressing roller 58, and the pressing roller 58 rolls on a cutting blade 38 of the perforation cutter 36 by the running of a reciprocating driving belt 48. The pressing roller 58 rolls by a letting-off stop timing for the parcel paper P, and the cutting blade 38 is made to bite into the parcel paper P. Then, the lower guide 30 moves to the upstream side, and approaches the perforation cutter 36. Then, the parcel paper P which has bitten into the cutting blade 38 is greatly warped upward, and the parcel paper P naturally separates from the cutting blade 38 in accordance with the letting-off of the parcel paper P.
