Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a risk of contamination of working fluid, and perform rise pressure of working fluid to a necessary pressure to encapsulate the working fluid to a refrigeration machine.SOLUTION: Working fluid is subjected to pressure rise with a metal bellows pump 4 and the working fluid is circulated in a circulation flow passage 3, and then the working fluid is purified in a purification part 5. Also, the working fluid purified by the purification part 5 is cooled by a cooling part 20, and then pressure is increases with temperature rise. Consequently, working fluid is subjected to pressure rise to a necessary pressure, and the working fluid can be encapsulated in a refrigeration machine. Also, since working fluid can be circulated with the metal bellows pump not using resin, outgassing is hard to occur, and working fluid can be prevented from being contaminated.
