Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure for a working fluid processing equipment of an electric discharge machining device and the drain fluid control of the working fluid by reducing the number of component part items.
SOLUTION: Regarding the working fluid processing equipment for an electric discharge machining device which uses, in an alternative way, two kinds of working fluid, a first working fluid L1 not containing any powder material and a second working fluid L2 mixed with conductive powder material, a movable shooter 83 is provided between a first location where the working fluid is flowed to a first preserving unit 75 of a working fluid tank 71 and a second location where the working fluid is let flow to a second preserving unit 77 of the working fluid tank 71. The working fluid drained through a working fluid exhaust port 27, which is formed on a machining tank 5 of the electric discharge machining device 1, is flowed from the first preserving unit 75 and the second preserving unit 77 in an alternative way by the movable shooter 83.
