To provide a working hours management system for effectively preventing the occurrence of a mismatching.
A management server 2 stores the time band to be worked by each employee in a possible working form of the employee in association with a number as pattern. The management server 2 also stores the working form selected at present by each employee, its time band to be worked thereby, and the working schedule of each employee. When an employee requests a change of its working form to the management server 2, the management server 2 changes the working form only when it can be matched to the working schedule of the employee concerned. When an employee inputs a schedule not matched to the pattern stored in the management server 2, the management server 2 adjusts the schedule to be matched to the pattern. In this way, the management server 2 manages the working hours of each employee while matching the pattern stored in the system to the schedule inputted by the employee.
