Abstract:
To improve the measuring precision of a lead frame in a working inspection of the lead frame on in-line by arraying a press machine and a picture processing inspection device.
When a lead frame 6 which is press worked with a press machine 3 is brought in a picture processing inspection device 4 to inspect a press worked state, a work oil removing device 11 consisting of suction roll devices 12, 13 which remove a work oil sticking to the lead frame 6 is provided in a transporting path of the lead frame 6 between the press machine 3 and the picture processing inspection device 4, the work oil sticking to the lead frame 6 is removed, and an influence of measuring caused by the work oil is reduced.
