PURPOSE: To cut and bend a long continuous material with simple structure by providing a shaft extending in a transverse direction on a pedestal and another shaft intersecting orthogonally with it, attaching a slider to each shaft, thereby moving a die forwards and backwards.

CONSTITUTION: A first shaft 27 extending horizontally in the transverse direction to the pedestal 23 to be attached to a press, and a second shaft 31 extending separately to each other in the direction intersecting orthogonally with the first shaft 27 are provided. A slider 35 is attached to the cam 37 attached to the first shaft 27, and the die 41 is loaded on the slider 35. A cam 58, slider 56 and die 62 are attached to a second shaft 31. When a long continuous material is brought above the die 41, the ram attached with the die is lowered, and the continuous material is cut with the blade 55 to be a long material. Then, both lower side parts are bent with the die 62 along the upper face of the die 41, and a product is formed.
