To improve cooling efficiency of a motor.SOLUTION: A work machine 1 comprises: a base plate 9; a motor chamber ER formed on the base plate 9; a motor E1 housed in the motor chamber ER; a cooling fan F1 generating cooling air that cools the motor E1 in the motor chamber ER; a first exhaust portion (an exhaust passage 228) discharging cooling air flowing between the motor E1 and a ceiling portion (a bonnet upper part 183) of the motor chamber ER to an outside of the motor chamber ER; and a second exhaust portion (a guide member 213) discharging cooling air flowing between the motor E1 and a bottom portion (the base plate 9, a first partition body 208, a second partition body 209) of the motor chamber ER to an outside of the motor chamber ER.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 33
