Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that erroneous input is made and it takes personnel cost since data is inputted by a full-time person inputting working data in a conventional working managing system and to solve a problem that the system is not unified when the systems of working details differ for respective offices even in the same company.
SOLUTION: In the working managing system, a server device 20 having a data base 30 storing information associated with working and a client device 10 which a worker uses for accessing information associated with working are connected by a communication line 40. A worker himself/herself accesses the data base, inputs working data and confirms the working data. Information showing daily working forms are stored in a calendar information file 300 so that it can correspond to the various working forms. Working time which is previously scheduled is set in a working form information file 200 and the worker can input working time when he or she works according to a plan not scheduled.
