Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of dent mark by attaching an annular guide including the central axis of the rotary working device in the hole so as to be in freely rotable at the entrance side of a working roller in such a manner that the rotary shaft is inclined to the direction to allow the moving directions of both the shaft material and the above to approach each other at the contact point of the both.

CONSTITUTION: The shaft material 13 is worked with the working roller group 3 set around the central axis 1 of the rotary working device. The rotary axis of the annular guide 5 attached at the entrance of working roller group 3 is inclined, it is held in freely rotatable while including the central axis 1 of the rotary working device in its hole. The annular guide 5 supports the shaft material 13 properly, and also executes the forward feeding following the rotation of the shaft material 13. Because the runout of the shaft material 13 can be made little, so the punching mark is not generated, the shaft material 13 is kept on the central axis of the device and so the working of high accuracy can be executed, and because the speed of the shaft material 13 and the guide 5 are almost same, the scratches can be made few.
